镇江四洋电气工程有限公司（原华东船舶工业学院四洋电器厂）是江苏科技大学资产经营公司依托学校船舶与海洋工程学科优势创办,为国内外舰船配电器配套的专业企业。
公司致力于成为国内一流的船舶电器供应商，具备为客户提供整船电器设计、制造、安装调试和售后服务能力。主要产品有主配电板、应急配电板、驾控台、机舱监控台、计算机监控系统、电站管理系统、动力定位系统、变频控制系统、大功率变频电源、液货柜控制系统和声光组合报警灯板、防爆控制箱、滑环式电缆绞车等各类产品，并可提供整船电气设计、制造、安装调试和售后服务。
2001年本公司通过华夏认证中心ISO9001：2000国际质量管理体系认证。2006年和施耐德公司合作，可在全球150个国家提供及时的售后服务。2008、2009年连续成为施耐德电气船舶行业OEM系统集成商。2008年获得ABB电气传动全球售后服务支持。2009年获得芬兰vacon集团国际全球售后服务支持。
公司迄今已为国内外数百条舰船如登陆艇、航政艇、豪华游船、油船、液化气船、散货船、集装箱船、挖泥船、起重船、海洋工程平台等配套过电器设备，并先后取得德国GL、英国LR、法国BV、日本NK、韩国KR、美国ABS、意大利RINA及军检、渔检、CCS、ZC等船级社认可。

Zhenjiang Siyang Electrical Engineering Co., Ltd (Electrical Plant of East China Shipbuilding Institute) is located in national-wide famous tourist city Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province, a historical and cultural city. Asset Management Corporation of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology takes the advantage of university’s dominant subject of shipping to establish a joint-stock enterprise of marine electrical facilities.
The company mainly deals with manufacture and sail of electrical devices and distribution cabinet, design and construction of electrical project. Our products include electrical devices, bridge, sound and light alarm lighting-board, distribution box, starter, shore connection, explosion proof control box, slip-ring cable winch, main engine remote device computer monitoring system and so on. We also provide ship electrical design, manufacture, installation and after-sales service.
All products are recognized by such classification societies as CCS, ABS, LR, DNV， KR, NK, and GL. In 2001, our company was recognized by CCEMS IS09001 and ISO 2000. In 2006, we cooperated with Schneider and can provide instant after-sales service in over 150 countries. In 2008, we became OEM system integrator of Schneider. In the same year, we gained global service support of electric drive from ABB.
Our company fully takes the advantage of technology provided by university to cooperate with research institutions to develop new products. So we have been doing well in products development and design. We have developed automatic charge board, automatic discharge board, marine explosion proof control box, marine slip-ring shore connection cable winch, marine frequency control system, automatic power, main auxiliary computer monitoring system and mobile terminal power inverter.
